Zehra Akkirman's practice focuses on corporate law, foreign investment and commercial transactions, as well as tax law. She advises clients on due diligence, transaction structuring and the drafting of all types of contracts. She is also a member of the firm's commercial litigation team.
On tax matters, she advises international clients under domestic legislation and double taxation treaties. She reviews contracts, investments and transactions from a tax perspective and guides clients on tax optimisation.
She joined the Istanbul office of Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2010. In 2019, she co-founded Akkirman Akçakaya Law Firm with Yavuz Akçakaya.
