Yavuz Akçakaya's practice centres on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment. He advises clients on share and asset deals, joint ventures and company formations at every stage of the transaction, from due diligence through contract negotiation to closing.
He also works regularly on employment, commercial, intellectual property, regulatory and real estate matters. He represents clients in commercial, trademark and employment disputes.
He joined the Istanbul office of Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2008. In 2019, he co-founded Akkirman Akçakaya Law Firm with Zehra Akkirman.
